Better Times

After that last post I almost forgot about the great run we had on Tuesday evening.  Started at Murchison Middle School - easy 1 mile warm up.  4 hill repeats with an easy 3/4 mile jog in between.  Then an easy 1 mile back and 20 minutes of plyometrics and fast running on the track.
It was fun, I worked hard and my legs were trashed by the end.  I feel fine now...no soreness to speak of.  I need a workout like that today to lift my spirits.
