I did the test!

OK I did 20 man style push ups today - woo, hoo.  Will be starting week one on Monday.  I would not recommend doing it 15 minutes after dinner like I did.  It's called - I wasted too much time messing around today so this was the time I had to do it!

Tomorrow a meager 16 mile run, 10 of it at MGP.  In the past I would have doubted my ability.  Not anymore, I know I can run 10 miles MGP easy!!

I found a really good rider to help me get Riley a little more exercise.  That takes a load of my mind and lets me focus on running.
