I can really feel my abs!

Today as I dragged myself out of bed, I could really, really feel my abs.  Nevertheless, I hit the floor and did day 2 of week 1.  10/12/8/8/20.  Total of 58 push ups.  I never knew I could do that many.  Did a easy 4 mile run - short but I am adding a short run on Friday to keep my legs loose for the SB #2.  This one is specifically aimed at the Houston folks so they can see how hard running a flat course is on your legs.  I spent the running planning a successful execution of the run on Saturday.  Feeling good.
