Hills to Heaven....

....or maybe that was to Hell.  Ran 18.45 miles of unrelenting monsters including Ladera Norte.  That was my slowest mile.  Otherwise kept up a good pace.  For sure the hardest run I think I have ever done.  Felt OK at the end - just tired legs.  Not much else to say.  It was fun to run with the other Austin marathoners.
