Phenylephrine to the rescue

On my way to our Thurs workout I stopped at CVS and got a box of phenylephrine to reduce my sinus congestion.  Took about 20 min to work.  Midway through the first loop, my nose started to run.  Not bad, just enough to be noticeable.  Headache and sinus pressure was gone.
Felt great on the run...lots of energy.  Did 8 miles in NW hills.  Felt strong the whole way.  Averaged 8:02.  I ran with my Ipod because pretty much everyone ran in the AM.
Splits - 
1 - 8:45 up North Hills
2- 7:59
3- 7:50 down Greystone
4- 8:08 up North Hills
5- 7:48 
6- 7:57 down Greystone (worried about being lost and looking for greystone!)
7- 8:10 up North Hills
8 -7:44 down North Hills

Legs feel great - no soreness at all!!  Woo, hoo!!!  I'm feeling super strong.  Can't wait until it's not 85-90 degrees out for the workouts.
Pre work out meal - 4pm - 2 waffles with jam and 12 oz accelerade
Post work out snack - chocolate milk, 1L NUUN.
