I have made kind of a drastic change to my diet so wasn't sure how i would feel. Wondered if I would hit the wall half way around.
Nailed MGP, a few seconds slow on HMGP but nothing awful and then got my butt spanked on the 12K loop. I was pleased with the run...stayed close to Javi the whole time and ran smart. My legs were feeling the up on the third lap and it was hard to convince them to run hard down North Hills the third time. All I can say...way better than Tuesday.
I had plenty of energy so that was good. Mentally I used that run the remind myself that saturday should feel easier. Now, if the wind would just go away!
