I feel much better today...really motivated about eating better. Enjoying a huge salad with grilled fresh tuna. No cravings for sugar or diet coke at all. Did some interesting research about raw diets - not going there but am definately going to make raw veggies and fruit the staple of my diet and add in some grains and lean protein. I really wish I like bananas - seems like a nice easy snack to take along. Apples and pears work though and the strawberries are looking good these days.
Nice easy 5 miler into a hefty head wind today but it felt fine.
