Week 1 with Team

I'll still be doing some track work to prep for 3M but will be doing the Team w/o's on Saturdays.
Started week 3 of the pushup quest.  Still doing OK.  Did 86 total push ups.  Ab and back pain is gone.  I find if I relax and engage my core the push ups come pretty easily.  Looks like a nasty cold day out today - good thing it's a day off.
