Tonight was my first track w/o in ages. Made me feel better about where I am training wise. Felt strong. Did 3 miles of the burn and 1 mile of 200 push 200 easy.

Did not time 200 push mile but worked hard on the 200 push.
The Team folks were all back and did a run on the road. A few new people too. Great to see Anne Marie back.
