Pre race shake out

I met my good friend Alix for a pre-3M run today.  We totally crawled around the 4 mile loop of TLT but my legs and foot felt good.  It was great to catch up and talk about our impending trip to Boston.  Had a pre-3M lunch at Mangia's and she went off to 3M to pick up her number and office supplies.

Quite windy and chilly, but a nice day for running.
