It's all in the look!

Yesterday, I stopped in at Foot Solutions to get some cushioned inserts for my work shoes and while there, the guy working there first told me that they had sponsored a runner from Russia who placed 3rd in the women's division at 3M this past winter and then said "you look fit, are you one of those sub 3hr runners?".  I wish.  I said no, that I was shooting for 3:20.  He did give me a free pair of running socks.  Gotta take what you can get!
