Riley - all cleaned up, clipped and ready for the show next weekend.
Today I enjoyed an easy 10 mile run with karen and a few other
Northies. It was warm and humid and my shorts were dripping by the
time I got done but I felt strong. I am going to alternate between
cycling and running for the next month and will try for the summer
too. I will run faster 4 days a week and cycle twice a week for
recovery. It will be interesting to see what happens! I dislike
humidity but my legs love this warm weather. I warm up so much
faster than when it is cold. Somehow, I need to figure out how to
warm up quickly when it is chilly out.
