To those few people that say the following..."3:20 really is a bit of a stretch for you" - expressed by the same person multiple times without me asking for that type of feed back and "I think you just recovered from the Austin marathon" - said yesterday not one mile into the SB 2. Those sort of comments are not helpful...not at all, so just shut up. If you can't say something nice (even if you have to lie) don't say anything.
To all the rest of you who are supportive no matter how bad I might look struggling in a workout, thanks...it's really appreciated!
